Posted on 06.14.2012I have done Weight Watchers for a solid year and run 2-3x a week and have not been able to drop the last 20lbs I wanted. I finally gave in and tried the Amino Diet and I have lost 19lbs in 3 weeks and I can see a huge change thru my middle section. This is something that I can continue forever since you are eating normal foods that are easy to find!

Leslie – you just told my story! So you run on this diet – and have enough energy? I run 3x a week too and was worried I wouldn’t have the energy needed on a restricted diet. I go between 4-6 miles each run. I lost 35 lbs but haven’t lost anything since last summer! I’m in better shape than ever but no weight is coming off- I need a diet plan to follow and am hoping this is it? Please share.
