“95 pounds 🙂 I’ve been on the maintenance protocol for over a month now, I’m really enjoying eating different foods ! Keeping it under 1500 calories per day, also I’m sorry to say still no exercise! But I am still thrilled with my results , I have an extremely busy schedule and just don’t have the time, but I am very active nonetheless, just wanted to tell you thank you, and the creators of the LAD diet plan for giving me my life back! I feel better than I have in my whole life.
