Kicken Chicken Chili (P1)

Ingredients

  • Ground Chicken (allowed amount, be sure you don't allow any additives in the meat)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with juice and no salt added
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • dash ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Brown chicken, green pepper and onion in 1/2 cup of water until it simmers off and meat is done.
  • Then add the other cup of water and the tomatoes and spices and simmer until it reduces to a thick delicious and rich chili stew.
