Kicken Chicken Chili (P1)

Ingredients
- Ground Chicken (allowed amount, be sure you don't allow any additives in the meat)
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with juice and no salt added
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- dash ground black pepper
Instructions
- Brown chicken, green pepper and onion in 1/2 cup of water until it simmers off and meat is done.
- Then add the other cup of water and the tomatoes and spices and simmer until it reduces to a thick delicious and rich chili stew.
