I started the LAD last Monday Oct. 1 and this Monday Oct. 8 I’m down 13 lbs! WOW…I realize I won’t continue to lose this quick but woohoo what a start! Feeling good, haven’t ”cheated” but for a bit of dressing on a salad once. I can honestly say i’m not hungry and don’t even think about food!
