Kelly is down 4.6 pounds in 3 days!!

Started Saturday down 4.6 pounds in 3 days!!! Hardest part has been to give up the nighttime snacks but now I just eat dinner later and I don’t feel so deprived. What I like best about this plan is that I’m eating SO much healthier! I too did HCG and lost 15 pounds but then hit a wall that nothing would break… I’m praying that with this new way of eating that it will become a lifestyle change so my weight doesn’t yo-yo again, ever!
