Katie M. is down 4.6 pounds in 2 days!!

I’m on Day 3, completed 2 full days and down 4.6lbs. I feel amazing and almost “cleaned out”. The sluggishness is fading and I’m really getting the hang of it. Seeing daily results is VERY gratifying AND keeps me going. I know the weightloss will begin to slow slightly soon but, eating so much cleaner and be very conscious of what I’m putting in my mouth is enough to continue not matter what. I am so glad I “splurged” on this. I’ve done Weight Watchers before and was successful but, it was a pain in the tail counting points and ever since they changed their program it was horrible and I saw minimal results. Again, so glad I began this and will keep posting my progress!!
