Julie has lost 7.5 pounds in one week!!

Week one was easier than I thought it would be! Down 7.5 pounds in 8 days. I thought giving up half and half in my coffee would be hard but am combining a scoop of protein powder and coffee with a couple of drops of the english toffee stevia and some ice and it makes for a fun breakfast shake!
