Today is my day 11 on phase 1. I am down 14lbs. I think drinking water is realllllly important on this diet. I went in thinking that I will fall off the wagon after a week or so, but I know I can do this to the end. Once you get the hang of your meal plans and understand what slows and speeds up your metabolism, it’s even easier. GOOD JOB to everyone who’s sticking to it, and for any of you who are considering putting in an order, JUST DO IT! You will thank yourself for it. IT REALLY WORKS AND IT’S SUPER EASY!!!!!!!!
