Goal Setting and Motivation

It can be motivating when you are close to reaching your goal so we suggest setting yourself a weekly mini-goal. Decide how much you want to lose and how much you can lose if you stick to the protocol for the entire week. Re-evaluate and set new weekly goals at the begininng of each week. This will have you reaching your overall goal faster than you could imagine! Happy Losing!
