Homemade Mayonnaise (Phase 1)

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 cups olive oil

Instructions

  • Blend eggs, vinegar, salt, and mustard in food processor. Slowly add oil. Continue to blend until eggs and oil are creamy and smooth. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • *1 serving is 1 healthy fat
