Ground Beef w/ Cabbage & Tomatoes (P1)

Makes 3 servings using 5 ounces of beef per serving. Around 359 calories per serving.


  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Dash of Franks Hot Sauce
  • 1 can no sugar added canned diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1/2 a head of cabbage shredded
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium/no msg soy sauce


  • Brown beef with onion powder and black pepper
  • Add canned tomatoes and franks hot sauce
  • Bring to a simmer
  • Add cabbage and soy sauce to mixture
  • Cook until cabbage is tender
