Grilled Peaches (Phase 1)

Cook Time: 6 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 peach
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions

  • Cut your peach in half
  • Scoop out the pit
  • Place open side down on the heated grill (keep it to a low tempurature
  • Grill for 4 minutes or until marks are made and turn
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on center of the peach and cook an additional 2 minutes covered - careful not to overcook and get them mushy
  • Remove skin and enjoy!
