Grapefruit- Asparagus and Shrimp Salad (P1)

  • 1/2 grapefruit flesh (juice set aside)
  • 5 oz Grilled/boiled shrimp
  • 6 asparagus spears (grilled/steamed)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ground mustard (no carb)
  • Stevia
  • Coarse Salt
  • Cracked Pepper


  • Combine lettuce, shrimp, asparagus and grapefruit.
  • In a bowl or dressing container mix: juice of 1/2 grapefruit, dash of coarse salt, dash of cracked pepper, 1/2 tsp Stevia, 1/2 tsp ground mustard.
  • Pour over salad and enjoy!
