Ingredients

  • -2 pounds shrimp
  • -2 large shallots
  • -1 2 inch piece ginger
  • -4 garlic cloves
  • -3/4 cup low sodium/no MSG soy sauce
  • -1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • -2 tbs stevia
  • -2 green onions
  • -salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients (except shrimp) in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Marinate the shrimp for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Grill or saute in a little of the marination juices.
