Down 6 pounds in 5 days! This diet is so much easier than HCG! Cherries and grapes completely get rid of my sugar cravings too! And bringing almonds to work is so easy and keeps me energized. Loving the choices on this diet! Plus eggs and cottage cheese…YUM!
