I took pictures after I had already lost #8, but I still see a big difference in the weight loss in these pictures! I honestly feel great on the program. I feel so much more healthier, I have more energy, and my clothes are baggy which is awesome!!
The diet plan is easy to follow and you don’t feel as though you are being deprived of food. I have stumbled a couple of times with a cheat, which set me back a couple of days at a time, but the cheat definitely wasn’t worth it.
The best part about this diet is being able to workout, still eat foods you love because they have some awesome recipes on LAD website that are great alternatives for the things I love, and feeling healthier! I’ve lost a total of 21.6 lbs and 13 inches all over.
While going to the doctor a couple weeks ago, the nurse asked me what I was doing to lose weight after doing my weight and I told her about how amazing LAD is and how much better I feel. I normally have high cholesterol but since being on this diet I have healthy cholesterol levels.
Although I haven’t seen my family since February when we Skype they tell me they can tell I’m losing weight and they definitely see a lot of loss in my face, my husband is always complimenting me and telling me how great I’m doing. People seeing results makes me even more determined. I haven’t been this weight since I was 21 years old and I’m 27 years old now.
I honestly feel amazing with my 21.6# loss and my clothes not feeling tight or snug is just an awesome feeling!!! I don’t feel self conscience about myself as much anymore. I still have 25 more lbs I am wanting to lose and I plan on continuing the LAD diet until I reach my 90 days. 90 days just doesn’t seem like that long of a time when you get these amazing results. My inspiration is seeing others successes and looking at pictures of me before I started this diet. All I can say is wow!!!
