Does the Amino Diet Really Work? Missy has lost 6 pounds!!

R1D3P1 Oh my gosh!! I steps on the scale today and in 2 days I have almost lost 6 lbs!!! 3 the first day and now 2.6 yesterday!! Hey-o!! So.. I had turkey burgers (all white meat) and made crab cakes that I cooked in coconut oil. My peanut butter protein shake for breakfast (which I really can’t say enough about protozyme protein) and a green bean+tomato mix for my veggie. I also have been doing light workouts each day. I feel amazing and im super excited to see how much I lose today!! Good luck to all!!
