Funny thing happened… I started this Jan  2 and went through all the phases, I stopped drops in p2 and met my goal 6 weeks in… Well this last week I ate whatever whenever and felt sure I had gained, even felt bloated , I was scared to step on the scale … Till today , amazing thing , I had actually lost …. I love the way I can maintain so easy !!! Mostly I do eat well and still Havnt had sugar or starches or anything processed its a lifestyle training and I love it!
