Any good habit takes time to develop and usually starts with proper education and understanding of the end goal.  It is my purpose to provide you with the proper knowledge and hopefully motivate you to make a change, but ultimately it is up to you.

A balanced diet, moderate exercise, proper sleep and a positive mental attitude (decreasing stress) can be part of an excellent plan to increase your chances of staying healthy and decreasing your risk of illness.
