Diet Review: Tomi lost 32 pounds!

Amino Diet Program SuccessThe first two days was an adjustment to keep remembering to take the drops and eat. Juggling the schedule. Otherwise I felt amazing. I never felt deprived or hungry. I didn’t feel tortured and every day was rewarding just to be eating so healthy while also losing weight.  I’m older so my metabolism is slower and it didn’t come off daily for me but I never felt anxiety at being able to stop the diet and get on with eating normal. I like the food choices and the diet really didn’t change much on Phase 2. I ate more of the same is all. I really like the healthy lifestyle. Learning to eat, regularly, and healthy choices may seem like it should be easy but for me it was a challenge. I’m a work-a-holic. I would work and work and forget to eat for a day and then eat a big meal. I had to make myself eat, regularly, that was a big adjustment.

The best part? Losing weight at my age! I really had given up and accepted that I would be a fat grandma. I had tried so many diets and nothing worked. I’ve lost 32 pounds. Five inches off my waist, six inches off the hips. Everyone is complimenting me! My oldest daughter laughed and giggled and said “look how tiny you are!” hahaha! Some young men whistled at me in the parking lot…for a grandma that’s epic! Hahaha. “you look great” is a pretty common one! I am in love with my new weight and my Amino Diet. You guys rock!
