Starting day three (R1P1D2 complete), was down 4 lbs after 1st day and down another 1.5 this morning, even after eating lunch out yesterday (grilled chicken caesar, no dressing, no parm, no croutons and eyeballed the amount of chicken and brought my own apple cider/olive oil dressing) 🙂
