Delicious Greek Salad (P2)

  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Kalamata or black olives, chopped
  • A drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vineger


  • Rinse and chopped all veggies.
  • Mix together in large bowl
  • Top with olives, feta, and seasonings.
  • Drizzle oil and sugar free balsamic over top.
  • Toss together and enjoy!
