Delicious Greek Salad (Phase 2)

To get your protein serving in you can add grilled chicken or sauteed tofu to the salad! Around 239 calories
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Kalamata or black olives, chopped
- A drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vineger
- Rinse and chopped all veggies.
- Mix together in large bowl
- Top with olives, feta, and seasonings.
- Drizzle oil and sugar free balsamic over top.
- Toss together and enjoy!
