Dee lost 8lbs

I lost 8.8 lbs in just 7 days. I Love this diet. I have been struggling with my weight for a long time, and nothing else worked for me. I have a long way to go, but I am in it for the long hall. I have tried the cottage cheese recipe, and it’s my new favorite food. Thanks! I have my kids birhtday party this weekend, and instead of cake, I am going to make the cottage cheese recipe for myself.
