Debra has lost 14 pounds and is loving it.

 I am on day 31. Although I have only lost 14 pounds, I am not discouraged. I would rather lose it slow and keep it off. I had a couple setbacks but this time didn’t get discouraged and give up. The food is more than enough and has been a real wakeup for my husband too. We eat so much healthier with no processed food. I have made several of the recipes and even served the Chicken/Turkey Chili at a Tailgate and they loved it. I did add beans, but if you measure it out you come out okay with protien.
