Crockpot Chicken (Phase 1)

- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 4-6 tomatoes diced
- 1 ½ C pinto beans (already cooked)
- Oregano, basil, garlic powder, and parsley to taste
- Peel half of the tomatoes by placing in a boiling pot of water for about 60 seconds or until the skin begins to pull away, then dice. Mix all the ingredients together in the crockpot and cook on high for 4-6 hours. An hour before it’s done, remove some of the juices so it’s not so runny. Great served with a salad.
