Creamy Italian Dressing (Phase 1)

Approximately 21 calories per serving.
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon white or apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh basil
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1 pinch hot pepper flakes (if you like it hot)
- 1 drop Stevia
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- Mix together.
- You may adjust the sweetness to your taste.
