Cream Cheese Crepes (P2)

  • 5 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • dash salt
  • packet of stevia
  • 2 eggs
  • dash vanilla extract (if u have -0- sugar davinci syrup or fresh vanilla bean u can use that)
  • butter


  • Put cream cheese and put into a mixer
  • add 2 eggs, dash of salt, and dash of vanilla
  • blend until looks like pancake batter
  • heat skillet with butter
  • pour some batter in and swirl
  • It's hard to flip it just right but make sure you have it golden brown on one side first.
  • Top with baked cinnamon apple with stevia, and nutmeg or put it inside OR try fruit spread with no sugar added
