Ingredients

  • 5 ounces cooked crab meat, shredded
  • cucumber-peeled, seeded, and julienned- allowed amount
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium/no MSG soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon wasabi powder
  • grissini bread stick, coarsely ground

Instructions

  • Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, spicy mustard, and wasabi powder.
  • Stir.
  • Add remaining ingredients, toss & serve.
