Congrats Shelly B. for losing 13.5 pounds!

I lost 13.5 # in 3 weeks. I was absolutely exhausted the first two weeks, but also was sick for most of that with a cold. I’m following the plan exactly and keeping a food journal with calories, water needed & water intake, etc. I make up each day’s menu the night before and prepare my meals so I’m ready to go in the morning. I’m also taking all of the recommended supplements. The weight loss has been slow during the past week, but it’s still dropping and I finally have more energy! I will keep going until all my extra weight is gone and I’m healthy again!
