Ingredients

  • •1/4 cup flaxseed
  • •1 teaspoon baking powder
  • •1 packet stevia
  • •1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • •1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder (opt)
  • •1 egg
  • •1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients in one cup
  • Mix wet ingredients in another cup
  • Mix dry with wet
  • Microwave for 1.5 min.
  • Take out of mug, cut into bread slices
  • spread sweetened (with stevia) cream cheese on each slice.
  • Enjoy!
