Chicken Avocado Salad (Diabetes)


  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced or shredded
  • 1 avocado, diced or mashed
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • The juice of one lime
  • season to taste


  • Mix it all together and enjoy. It's great with vegetables. If you want to use this as a phase 1 recipe, you can count the avocado as your healthy fat for the day.
