Chicken Avocado Salad (Diabetes)

- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced or shredded
- 1 avocado, diced or mashed
- 1/2 onion, diced
- The juice of one lime
- season to taste
- Mix it all together and enjoy. It's great with vegetables. If you want to use this as a phase 1 recipe, you can count the avocado as your healthy fat for the day.
