Cheese Ball (P2)

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • •1 package cream cheese.
  • •3 slices ham
  • •4 green onion
  • •3 tablespoons cheddar cheese
  • • handful almonds

Instructions

  • Dice ham and green onion
  • Mix into cream cheese.
  • Form a ball
  • Top with cheddar cheese and almonds
  • Let sit 1/2 hour in fridge before serving.

Notes

This is great to take to a party with melba toast or any other low calorie cracker. It is also great with vegetables like celery. Enjoy!
