Amino Diet Review: Nancy is down 20 pounds so far!

As with many people, when they hit the “50′s” there is a sudden realization of “how did I put on this weight and why isn’t it coming off?”  That certainly was true for me!  I’ve always been an athletic person but these few years have left me a little more sedentary than I would like.  And so, the weight was easy to pack away (not to mention my incredible sweet tooth).  I have tried numerous other diets – counting points, calories, carbs – and lost weight but wound up putting it back on.  Until I tried the Liquid Amino Diet.  Yes, it was strict and seems to be a bit limiting but….IT WORKS!

Funny thing happened… I started this Jan  2 and went through all the phases, I stopped drops in p2 and met my goal 6 weeks in… Well this last week I ate whatever whenever and felt sure I had gained, even felt bloated , I was scared to step on the scale … Till today , amazing thing , I had actually lost ….
