  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Stevia to taste


  • Boil carrots 15-20 minutes, until tender
  • Drain
  • Mash the carrots
  • Top with cinnamon and stevia


You can cook the carrots 10-15 minutes for a firmer carrot, leave them whole and toss them with the cinnamon and stevia for an alternative to the dish.
