Cabbage and Chicken Soup (Phase 1)

Approximately 278 calories per serving
- 5 ounces Chicken (pre-cooked), cut up
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Cabbage, chopped
- .5 teaspoon Onion Powder
- dash Cayenne Pepper Powder
- pinch Salt
- pinch Pepper
- Bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add chicken and spices.
- Add cut up cabbage.
- Cook 'til cabbage is clear, but still crisp.
- Pour into bowl and serve.
