C.W lost 7 lbs!†
Posted on 09.17.2012Finished day 7 yesterday, down 7.2lbs this morning….
:):)…losing mostly in my butt area though
:(:(… not too excited about that & some days the weight loss is a bit slow, like .4lbs, but once i keep it up (i.e 7lbs a week) I should meet my first goal of losing 20 lbs in 3 weeks….whats keeping me going it my change in mindset, taking it one day at a time, and rememebring that I didnt put on all this weight in one week, so I can expect to lose all in one week.. So Consistency is my key..:) All the best to everyone else… Stick With it and you will see the results.

correction: CANT* expect to lose all teh weight in 1 week…
and i jus read one of the articles “The Weigh in on Weighing in”….its really encouraging… one line saus “Just remember that no matter what the scale says each day you are still losing fat, losing inches, and making a better you.”…so I know now not to be idcouraged if the scale doesnt move down
