C.W lost 7 lbs!

Finished day 7 yesterday, down 7.2lbs this morning…. :):):)…losing mostly in my butt area though :(:(:(… not too excited about that & some days the weight loss is a bit slow, like .4lbs, but once i keep it up (i.e 7lbs a week) I should meet my first goal of losing 20 lbs in 3 weeks….whats keeping me going it my change in mindset, taking it one day at a time, and rememebring that I didnt put on all this weight in one week, so I can expect to lose all in one week.. So Consistency is my key..:) All the best to everyone else… Stick With it and you will see the results.
