Amino Diet Day 10: Down another 1.5 for 11.5 lbs total!!! My wife is kicking butt on this too and is close to 10 lbs down same time period. If you are considering doing this and need to lose a bunch of weight but don’t want to starve – this is the diet! I only feel hungry right before the next meal and have lots of energy.
