Posted on 08.03.20127 lbs in 4 days! Not hungry at all. Accidentally only ate 700 calories and did treadmill work yesterday. (Which is not good) So, make sure you eat enough! Livestrong.com is great for tracking calories. Good luck!

I’m on day 6 and down 7 pounds. Starting yesterday I didn’t feel as hungry and I feel my body starting to feel better eating clean! I’m excited to see what it is like in a month from now
