Bell Pepper & Asparagus Delight (Phase 2)

Approximately 245 calories
- 6-8 organic Asparagus
- 1/2 Red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Green peppers, sliced
- A pinch of olive oil, sea salt, and pepper
- Fresh garlic
- Wash all veggies.
- Slice peppers and add everything into frying pan.
- Drizzle with oil. Add in garlic.
- Saute on medium heat 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Feta and enjoy!
You can make this Phase 1 friendly if you hold off on the cheese!
