Bell Pepper & Asparagus Delight (P2)

  • 6-8 organic Asparagus
  • 1/2 Red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Green peppers, sliced
  • A pinch of olive oil, sea salt, and pepper
  • Fresh garlic
  • Feta*


  • Wash all veggies.
  • Slice peppers and add everything into frying pan.
  • Drizzle with oil. Add in garlic.
  • Saute on medium heat 8-10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with Feta and enjoy!


You can make this Phase 1 friendly if you hold off on the cheese!
