Barbequed Tofu (Phase 1)

- 10 ounce package medium firm tofu, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves fresh chopped garlic
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli
- Pinch curry
- LAD Barbeque sauce
- Heat pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add garlic, onions, bell pepper and celery.
- Add salt and a pinch of curry.
- Add tofu and cook for 12 minutes.
- Add barbecue sauce, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
