Barbequed Tofu (Phase 1)

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce package medium firm tofu, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh chopped garlic
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • Salt
  • Pinch curry
  • LAD Barbeque sauce

Instructions

  • Heat pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Add garlic, onions, bell pepper and celery.
  • Add salt and a pinch of curry.
  • Add tofu and cook for 12 minutes.
  • Add barbecue sauce, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
