Yields 3 pankakes, 190 calories

Ingredients

  • •1/2 Banana Mashed
  • •1 - 2 eggs 2 for more protein
  • •2 tablespoons Almond Flour
  • •1 tablespoon Flax seed meal
  • •1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • •3 drops Vanilla Stevia

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Heat on med. griddle
  • cook a good 5 min before flipping and then cook until done.
