Avocado Stuffed Deviled Eggs (Phase 1)


  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


  • Boil eggs for three minutes
  • Peel eggs and slice them in half lenght ways
  • Remove egg yolk and place in bowel
  • Place egg whites on serving plate
  • Add avocados to the bowel with egg yolks and mash together
  • Add minced onions, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Spoon mixture into egg whites
  • Sprinkle paprika over the top
