Meet Stephanie! She has only been on her weight loss journey for 2 weeks but she has lost 16.8 pounds so far! We can’t wait for her next update!!
I started my “Get Healthy” journey with Amino on 01/14/2013. As of today (01/29/2013) I am down 16.8 lbs. I feel incredible!! My husband and two young sons have even started eating healthier (my 3 & 9 year old boys request carrots, instead of our usual sugary snacks). I have always had a terrible time committing to diets or sticking to a work out plan, always finding an excuse or way to cheat. I have found the Amino diet easier to follow. I feel accountable for what I eat. I was a soda drinker until the night before I started, so I was certain I wouldn’t be able to drink 1/2 my weight in water, but I have conquered that too! I am excited to continue my journey with Amino.
