While on the program I felt great! My mood was definitely better, I felt good about myself and I had so much more energy. And I was NEVER hungry! The easiest part is always my fruit servings! The struggles were the temptations I’d have to face. From the junk food in the house for other members to different parties throughout the summer. I just always planned ahead which really helped. The best part was never being hungry and having enough variety in my food that I can make tons of different things and not get bored.
So far I’ve lost 35 lbs and over 21” in 70 days. I’ve had tons of compliments and it feels great every time! There are still the doubters that believe you’ll end up gaining it all back, but for me this is more than a “diet,” it’s a lifestyle change.
UPDATE: Julia has now lost 50 pounds and fits into her little black dress!!
How did you feel while on the program?
I felt better then I have ever before. I have tons of energy, I’m focused, and my self esteem has definitely improved.
What was the easiest part? What were some struggles?
The easiest part for me is planning and prepping my meals. I’m a planner, that’s my thing. The hardest part is resisting the temptations of junk food. Working in an office where there is always some type of food doesn’t help. Temptation is everywhere.
What was the best part?

I’ve had tons of compliments and it feels great every time! I love seeing people that I haven’t in a while and to see the look on their face when they see me.
