Weight Loss Program Success

I started the Liquid Amino Diet program on January 3, 2013 and to be truthfully honest, it was mentally my last resort. My next plan was to make an appointment to see my physician. In retrospect, I did not think it would actually work and was making preparations to get my money back.  I have tried to lose weight for years with minimal success. Then I would gain back all the pounds and more. I found that I was not hungry on this program; however at the beginning I had major mad cravings for my sugary snacks. These became less intense as the days and weeks went by.

The easiest part of this diet for me was the simplicity of the Protocol. It was easy to follow and easy to make my weekly preparations based on it, on the other hand I struggled with trying to make my meals creative on (for me it was) a limited amount of food to choose from. I found the LAD community and health coaches were very helpful in that area.

The best part was the quick weight lost. That itself kept me motivated. When I was tempted to cheat or feeling weak I would step on the scale (even with the stalls) and see my results. That was my motivation completely. I lost a total of 73.1 lbs. in 5 months.  I still have more to lose and I will continue with the LAD.

I recently had a physical checkup and my Dr. expressed of how proud she was of my success. She really was ecstatic!  She had encouraged me to continue until I hit my goal and she even said it was a motivation for her. I have received so much attention. I had friends that have ordered this product because my results.
