I have tried many diets through the years and have succeeded but have always gained it back! The key is changing your life style and eating habits and this is what the Amino diet does! I worked in law enforcement for many years and have always worked out and tried to keep in good shape but when you reach middle age, it gets harder and harder to keep off that fat! I was up to 180lbs and no matter what I did, it would not get off!!
I read about this diet and decided to go for it and stuck to the protocol and wow!! the pounds shed off and taught me that clean eating was the way to go!! Fresh vegetables, fruit and lean meats and no processed food was the way to go! No more processed food for me and I lost 45 pounds in one year and went from size 14 to size 6/8! I love my body and I look hot for a 62 year old lady. I love retirement! I work out at least five days a week and live up in the mountains and am pursuing my love of wildlife photography with my husband. Life is good!
