This is my second experience with Liquid Amino Diet. Last year my husband and I decided to try LAD. We have always been a family that worked out and stayed active but we soon realized that exercising was not enough. We needed something to jump start our weight loss. A friend of ours told us about LAD and we tried it with much success. We both met our goals and then some in 30 days with maintaining and further weight loss in Phase 2. Life has its ups and downs and soon we realized that we were not taking care of our selves, both working full time and not exercisng which is what kept our weight in check all these years.
I started the LAD plan on 3/4/13 and remembered how easy it is to follow. LAD works!!! Diets are just a temporary fix and usually take a long time to accomplish any lasting weight loss. No where else can you find a program that teaches you how to be healthy and live a healthy lifestyle in such a short amount of time. It truly is about eating clean, drinking water and exercising. Its simple and easy to follow and results will happen in inches, and on the scale.
