Alfredo Sauce (Phase 2)

Add bacon bits for some really good flavor. Whole batch is approximately 1723 calories, so use sparingly.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 cups milk
- 6 ounces grated parmesan cheese
- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Add cream cheese and garlic.
- Stir w/ wire wisk til smooth.
- Add milk in small amounts at a time.
- Wisk to smooth out lumps.
- Stir in parmigiana and pepper.
- (I made a small batch when I made this and just kind of guestimated on the ingredients, turned out amazing!)
