5 Meals Per Day On The Liquid Amino Diet
One goal of the Liquid Amino Diet is to balance your body’s hormone levels and keep the blood sugar levels in check. One way to do this is to eat consistently throughout the day. The standard American skips breakfast, or loads on carbs, then eats one or two big meals later in the day. During phase 1, you will be eating clean foods but will also eat more regularly throughout the day. The best structure is 3 meals with 2 snacks between them. We should opt for a larger and balanced breakfast with each successive meal getting smaller throughout the day. Also, follow the “No snacks after dinner” rule. Eating before bedtime, or during the night, can increase blood sugar, which in turn, causes a spike in insulin production. This throws your hormones out of balance and can slow your results while on the program.
