4 Tips To Break A Stall In Your Weight Loss

  1. Are you currently or have you recently been on any medications? Almost all prescription medications are synthetic and can cause great disturbance on the endocrine system. Hormones regulate almost all systems in the body and are often confused by synthetic drugs and can cause the body to gain weight. If you happen to be on a prescription medication than talk to your doctor about this program and see if it is appropriate to reduce the prescription as you begin to see the positive effects of a healthy diet. Do not do this without consulting with your doctor.
  2. Have you eliminated toxins from the body? Most people do not realize that as your body stores fat it is also storing toxins. We take in toxins from the processed foods we eat, pesticides sprayed on crops, prescription medications and the polluted air that we breathe. You must regularly detox the body to achieve optimal health but it is especially important when you’re losing weight.
